Super Duplex Ball Valves are made from super duplex stainless steel, which typically includes 22–25% chromium, 5–7% nickel, and 3–5% molybdenum, along with small amounts of nitrogen and copper. This unique blend offers an ideal mix of mechanical strength and corrosion resistance. In terms of mechanics, these valves showcase impressive tensile strength (around 850–1000 MPa), notable yield strength (approximately 550–700 MPa), and excellent toughness, even in low temperatures.
