Incoloy 825 nuts are composed of nickel (38-46%), iron, chromium (19.5-23.5%), molybdenum (2.5-3.5%), copper (1.5-3.0%), and titanium (0.6-1.2%). These nuts offer excellent resistance to corrosion, pitting, and stress corrosion cracking, making them ideal for harsh environments. They also maintain high strength and durability at elevated temperatures. The molybdenum and copper enhance resistance to reducing acids, while titanium stabilizes against sensitization, making them reliable in various industrial applications.
