Incoloy 800/800H/800HT Forged Fittings are nickel-iron-chromium alloys specifically engineered for high-temperature applications. Their typical composition consists of about 30–35% nickel, 19–23% chromium, with the remainder being iron and controlled carbon; the 800H and 800HT variants have higher carbon content and grain size control to enhance creep strength. These alloys are known for their excellent tensile strength, good yield strength, and remarkable resistance to oxidation and carburization.
