A286 Foil is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy with controlled additions of molybdenum, titanium, and aluminum. Nickel provides high-temperature strength, iron adds structural stability, chromium offers oxidation and corrosion resistance, while titanium and aluminum enhance precipitation hardening. The foil exhibits excellent tensile strength, creep resistance, and fatigue performance at elevated temperatures, along with good ductility for forming and fabrication. Its mechanical properties remain stable under high thermal stress, making it suitable for critical components that require long-term reliability in challenging environments.
